iDXA

iDXA is an advanced body scanning equipment used mainly in the medical field and scientific research. It uses dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) technology to obtain accurate measurements of body composition.

• 2 times faster detection of minor changes in the bone tissue following osteoporosis treatments, for a better treatment plan and the creation of the patient's mental comfort.
• The detector technology allows for obtaining clear, high-resolution images of bone tissue, highlighting subtle details. Medical staff can see details of the proximal/distal femur and the entire body, as well as assess the femoral cortex.
• The Narrow Fan Beam X-ray beam transmission technology reduces magnification errors (the size of anatomical structures is independent of the distance from the table), distortions, radiation dose, and examination time, and improves the accuracy of body composition detection.
• Technology that allows the automatic detection of possible problems (improper positioning of the patient, areas with excessively high densities, unusual anatomical structures, etc.). This additionally brings recommendations to medical staff to correct problems, thus reducing work time and the number of incorrectly acquired images.
